The Place

The Planet Androcal is just now coming into an age of relative peace. Six of the ten sentient species are now trying to end wars of territory, resources, ideologies and racial hatred. Many of the nations have formed alliances. The three largest are the Pact, the Coalition and the Alliance. Peace is tenuous however. The Pact and the Alliance are on hair triggers regarding the posture of the other and neither knows how the Coalition stands.
